No, facial hair isn't the latest beauty trend. the trio is participating in "Defember," a movement created by Olay to raise money for breast cancer awareness, and you can help out too.

Just take the pledge to de-fuzz your upper lip on Olay's Facebook page, and the brand will donate $1 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (up to $50,000).
