Enterprise Space Shuttle

The Space Shuttle Enterprise began its final flight at 9:39 EST this morning, en route to New York City, where it will pass over the city before landing around 11:30 at JFK airport.

Enterprise, which is being be towed on the back of a modified 747, will eventually be displayed at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum on Manhattan's West Side. See live updates of the historic flight below.
